For those studies, the number of non-resident students registering for the first time is regulated.
Please note that studies of the first cycle are only taught in French.
Studies in Medecine and Dental Sciences 2017-2018
The students will have to pass an entrance exam. The number of non-resident students who can register in a University for those studies can not exceed 30% of the total number of passes. Non-resident students will be ranked according to the results obtained during the entrance examination and the certificates of success will be distributed in the order of this classification until reaching the threshold of 30% of the total number of certificates.

A decree of the French community
of Belgium of the 16th of June 2006 regulates the number of students who are not
legally domiciliated in Belgium and who apply for the first time to certain
courses of higher education.
This number is limited to 30 % (20% for Veterinary Medecine) of the total number of students (resident and
non-resident) that were registered for the first time in this course during the
previous academic year.
That is, a limited number of places available for the entire first cycle (first
