Schedule-: If you don't have access to MyULB yet, you can check the schedule here.
Our school doesn't have any scholarships to offer but various opportunities exist.
For specialized masters, they are no discounts on tuition fee in the Wallonie-Bruxelles Federation so it's useless to contact the student social service for that purpose.
However you can contact them to get informations about scholarships opportunities (mainly for European students, specialy belgian and french). The web site is in french but you can contact them in english if needed : firstname.lastname@example.org
Some scholarships opportunities can also be found on the web site: study in belgium.
If you come from a low and middle income country, you can try to apply to the ARES-CCD (Académie de Recherche et d'enseignement supérieur de Wallonie-Bruxelles - Commission de la coopération au développement) if your country is eligible.
Eligible countries: Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cuba, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Haïti, Madagascar, Morocco, Niger, Peru, Philippines, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, Vietnam.
Grants are available each year (deadline around february)

Many other technical or financial partners can also offer scholarships, we do not have a list as they are different in every country (belgian cooperation BTC, WHO, European Union, East African community, Organisation Ouest Africaine de Santé, NGOs, Ministry of Health...)
