Computer Science foundations (demystification).Major components of IT architectures supporting the enterprise and organisation businesses.Methodologies to drive IT projects and the organisation's actors implication.IT systems for Human Ressource Management (recruitment, career follow-up, etc.).Knowledge Management through IT tools; how to master the information flow and leverage its value.Added value for enterprises and organisation to rely on Open Source solutions.

Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)

The objectives of the teaching unit are to present the major IT concepts and their implementation in companies and organisations.To achieve this, the teaching unit integrates a mix of theoretical basis with practical case studies related to the implementation of IT projects supporting the labour sciences business activities.At the end of this teaching unit students will be able to act as interface for IT projects targeting a.o. enterprise HR supporting tools.

The teaching relies on on lectures, practical workshops and a case study to be handled in groups.

The first session evaluation relies for 30% on the mark obtained for the practical case study and for 70% on the mark obtained for the exam.The second session evaluation relies exclusively on the mark obtained for the exam.
