ULB healthcare services ensure that the university community has easy access to medical and psychosocial support. This includes consultations, awareness and prevention campaigns, as well as connections to ULB’s extensive hospital network, all designed to promote health and wellbeing on campus.

The Medical Service

ULB healthcare services are available to all students and staff through the ULB Medical Centre, located on the Solbosch campus. A wide range of ULB medical care is provided, including general and specialist consultations, paramedical services, nursing support, and blood tests. In addition, ULB psychological support and mental health services ensure that student health at ULB is fully covered. Consultations at the ULB Medical Service are available Monday to Friday, by appointment.

  Aimer à l'ULB

Aimer à l’ULB is a family planning centre open year-round where you can find information, schedule a consultation on contraception, pregnancy, abortion, sexually transmitted infections (testing and treatment), get emergency contraception and pregnancy tests, consult with a psychologist or a psychotherapist, find legal advice or family mediation services, or take part in educational activities on sexual and emotional health.
Aimer à l’ULB is confidential and open to all Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, including during holidays.

 Le Service de Santé Mentale (SSM) - PsyCampus

ULB psychological support is available to all students, whether or not they are members of the University, and to ULB staff.

The Centre de Consultations Universitaire et Pluridisciplinaire (CCUP) offers (neuro) psychological, logopaedic and orthopaedic consultations for both the university community and the general public.

ULB has been pursuing a proactive policy to curb sexual and gender-based violence, both in terms of prevention and support, and the University will continue to participate in this fight as long as it is necessary. Our university campuses must be safe places for everyone.

The Brussels University Hospital - HUB

A reference centre at international level, located in the heart of the Brussels Region, the Brussels University Hospital provides general, oncological and paediatric care of the very highest quality.

Alongside the HUB in the Brussels Region, the University is extending its teaching and clinical research network to several hospitals in Hainaut, opening up a training ground with several thousand hospital beds for our medical students.
