Modification of tuition fees for the 2026 2027academic year

Following the higher education reform adopted in June 2026, registration fees have been revised for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Registration fees

European students

Bachelor's / Master's / Advanced Master's degree

The amount of tuition fees now depends on the financial situation of the student and their household, according to a progressive system with four categories: grant holder, modest income, intermediate income and full fee.

  • Full fee: €1,194
  • Intermediate income fee: €835
  • Modest income fee: €374
  • Reduced fee (SAE or DGD grant holders): €0

Advanced Master's degree (Health sector)

First 120 credits: €692 per academic year
Subsequent enrolments: €50 per academic year

  • Full fee: €380

PhD

First year: €1,194

Subsequent enrolments: €50

Reduced study load


Full fee: €19.90 per credit
Intermediate income fee: €13.92 per credit
Modest income fee: €6.23 per credit
Reduced fee (SAE or DGD grant holders): €0
 

A student at the end of a study cycle is not considered to have a reduced study load if all remaining credits are included in their annual programme.

Minimum fee: €199 (includes 10 credits)

Maximum 20 credits

Full payment is due no later than 31/10 (Q1) or 28/02 (Q2).

Non-European students

Bachelor's / Master's / Advanced Master's degree

From 2026–2027 onwards, registration fees for non-assimilated students of non-European nationality are as follows:

  • If you are a national of a non-European Union country exempt from the additional fee listed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 of the ARES circular: €1,194
  • If you are a national of a non-European Union country not included in the list of exempt countries in the ARES circular: €1,194 + €4,175 additional fees

Exception: Bachelor's students enrolled in 2024–2025 who remain enrolled in the same programme in 2025–2026 remain subject to the previous fee system, up to and including the 2026–2027 academic year.
From 2026–2027 onwards, Master's students will be subject to the new fee structure.

Advanced Master's degree (Health sector)

First 120 credits: €692 + €4,175 = €4,867.

Individual courses

Minimum fee: €199 (includes 10 credits) + €4,175 additional fees

PhD

Assimilation

If you are not a national of a Member State of the European Union but meet one of the assimilation criteria, you will be considered a European student for all admission-related matters.

Payment deadline

You must pay at least €50 to validate your enrolment before 31 October. The remaining balance must be paid before 1 February.

  • Online: credit/debit card payment via Ingenico on the MonULB portal.
  • Bank transfer: the structured communication is available on MonULB.
  • At the registration desk: payment by bank card (online payment is recommended).
