Modification of tuition fees for the 2026 academic year

Discussions are currently ongoing at the level of the competent authorities regarding a possible modification of tuition fees in higher education as from the 2026-2027 academic year.
The final amounts have not yet been determined. At this stage, the scenarios under consideration provide for an adjustment of the fees, with a maximum ceiling that could reach up to 1,194 euros per academic year.
For non-European students who are not assimilated, these amounts must be increased by the applicable additional tuition fees.

Bachelor / Master / Specialised Master

The amounts listed below correspond to the ceilings currently envisaged for 2026-2027 and are provided for information purposes only.

  • Full tuition fee: 1,194 €
  • Intermediate condition fee: 835 €
  • Reduced condition fee: 374 €
  • Reduced fee (SAE or DGD grant holders): 0 €

Sepcialised Master (health field)

  • First 120 credits: 485 €

CAPAES

Reduced study load

Full rate: 13.92 € per credit
Intermediate rate: 6.23 € per credit
Grant holder rate: 0 €

A student at the end of their cycle is not considered to have a reduced study load if all remaining credits are included in their Annual Study Programme (PAE).

For non-European students who are not assimilated, these amounts must be increased by the applicable additional tuition fees.

From 2026-2027, tuition fees could be:

  • If you are a national of a country outside the European Union exempted from the additional contribution listed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 of the ARES circular: 1,194 €
  • If you are a national of a country outside the European Union not included in the list of exempted countries of the ARES circular: 1,194 € + 4,175 € additional fees

Exception: students enrolled in 2024-2025 who remain enrolled in the same programme in 2025-2026 remain subject to the previous regime, up to a maximum of 2026-2027.

Advanced Master (health field)

Payment deadline

You must pay at least 50 € to validate your enrolment before 31 October. The remaining balance must be paid before 1 February.

How to pay tuition fees?

  • Online: credit/debit card via Ingenico on the MonULB portal.
  • By bank transfer: structured communication available on MonULB.
  • At the counter: payment by bank card (online payment recommended).
