The Welcome Desk, where the Helpdesk is located, is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our team welcomes you, answers your questions, and assists you with your enrolment procedures, your application form, and the follow-up of your application. Computers and scanners are also available for your use.

The Admissions Office is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Administrative procedures requiring the intervention of an admissions officer (such as payment of tuition fees, issuing enrolment certificates, validation of specific requests, etc.) are available only on these days.
