Do you need information about enrolling at ULB? The Registration office is at your disposal to answer all your questions. Our ULB contact administrators are happy to assist.

The Registration Office and all other University services will be closed on 2 November 2026.

The Enrolment Helpdesk and reception hall are now closed.

Students are now welcomed and assisted exclusively at the Enrolment Office, open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
