Presentation

Dans un contexte où l’exigence de qualité en soins de santé apparaît de plus en plus prégnante (exigence déjà d’un nombre minimum de patients traités pour reconnaissance dans certains domaines, « health care providers quality law » approuvée et devant entrer en pratique en 2021,…), il apparaît donc justifié de mettre en place une formation alliant théorie et pratique (diagnostics intégrés dans la clinique et avec des finalités thérapeutiques bien comprises) avec un encadrement d’experts, aboutissant à terme à la création d’un réseau (national et européen) d’échanges d’expériences faisant également progresser le corpus des connaissances de ces pathologies lymphatiques.

Une présentation des résultats des imageries lymphatiques intégrée aux données cliniques de chaque cas, avec discussion des « pearls and pitfalls » potentiels de ces images, leur interprétation détaillée, leurs implications (diagnostiques, thérapeutiques et –éventuellement pronostiques) potentielles.

Programme

La formation s'adapte à la situation actuelle. Son programme de qualité se donnera donc à travers des classes virtuelles.

La formation est conçue en deux temps :

  • un temps de présentations théoriques, pratiques et cliniques « ex cathedra », sanctionné par la remise d’un certificat de compétences de base 

  • un temps de mise en pratique « sur site » par les participants. Ceux-ci seront suivis par le « groupe » d’experts. Durant cette période, il est ainsi attendu des participants qu’ils implémentent, mettent en place dans la pratique de leur service et de leur(s) institution(s) les connaissances acquises. Au cours de cette période, ils restent en contact avec leur(s) mentor(s), au travers de télé-conférences et/ou de réunions loco-régionales, durant lesquelles les examens réalisés « sur site » seront discutésévalués et si nécessaire corrigés. Cette période sera sanctionnée (après présentation d’un travail-rapport) par la remise d’un certificat de compétences pratiques.

  1. Embryology, anatomy, micro-anatomy and physiology of the normal lymphatic system
  2. Pathophysiology of the edematous situations

In between 10/03 and 2/04/2022: 4 to 6 sessions of 2 hours: Dates to be defined

  1. Radiocolloids and other radiolabelled tracers for the lymphoscintigraphic investigations
  2. Contributions (qualitative and quantitative) of the lymphoscintigraphic approaches
  3. Our lymphoscintigraphic methodologies for the limb lymphedemas
  4. Definitions for lymphoscintigraphies
  5. Critical analysis of the various scintigraphic approaches

In between 2/04 and 7/05/2022: 4 sessions of 2 hours: Dates to be defined

  1. ICG and other fluorescent tracers
  2. NIRFI methodologies for the investigations of the lymphedemas and other lymphatic pathologies
  3. The imagings of the Sentinel Lymph Nodes
  4. Other applications of ICG for the imaging of the lymphatic system?

  1. Tracers for Radiologic and Resonance Imagings of the lymphatic system
