3 evenings dedicated to theoretical prerequisite, 5 evenings dedicated to case studies on specific planning and control situations, 3 evenings dedicated to students’ cases presentations

To understand and practice the diagnostic and the resolution of planning and control issues in companies and groups
To acquire the competencies enabling the students to both go into the details and analyze the various degrees of aggregation of financial and strategic management
