Content Epistemological analysis of main theories in psychology
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
Goal Students should be able, at the end of the course, to read different stakes (cultural, methodological, historical,...) that influence the way psychological theories understand human behavior, emotions, psychés, and the manner each of these theories propose to modify them in different situations (therapy, experimental psychology, learning situation,...)

Biblio A list of books is given and each student is requested to choose a book in the list, according to the research work he/she is conducting for his/her final assessment

Assessment Written report: Students are requested to interview a field worker (therapist, teacher, criminologist, ...) and record a "case" (that is the subject or the object of a psychological intervention, whatever this term may mean) that will be analyzed according one of the framework given during the course. The work is a collective one (3 to 5 students per group).
