Course content
Introduction to the 20th-century Russian literature ("new realism", etc.) ; Russian modernism: symbolism, acmeism, futurism, constructivism, etc.
Post-war literature and culture. Selected list of authors different from the course Russian Literature III.
Littérature russe IV is taking place at the same day and time as Littérature russe III. Normally, the students can not be enrolled simultaneously at these two courses (unless they have already previously failed one of them).
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
To understand the history of XX century Russian literature in terms of its unique individual expression.
