Application accepted

If your application is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail. You must then follow the procedure outlined in the e-mail in order to finalise your enrolment before the deadline.

  • If you must apply for a visa, you will also receive an acceptance letter sent by mail to the address you have provided.
  • If you are notified that certain documents are missing, you must log in to your application page and upload them.

Application rejected

If your application is not accepted, you will be notified by e-mail. Depending on the reason for which your application was rejected, certain appeal or exemption procedures may be initiated.
