Course content

Presentation of the archivistic sources and the main references, especially archives produced by administrations in the Low Countries or related to these ones in France, Spain and Austria during the Early Modern Times. Overview on published, cartographic and iconographic sources.

To familiarize the students with sources of the Early Modern Time.

Ex cathedra course. Visits to archives and specialized libraries.
