Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
The course aims at providing students with an almost fully professional experience (real clients, real projects, etc.). This will allow them to develop skills via a “The Rubber meets the road” experience. At the end of this course, students are thus expected to have developed competences in strategy, management and entrepreneurship thinking.
In particular, they will be able to :

Transfer their skills and knowledge into a professional context

Work with clients
-
Manage the life-cycle of a strategy consultancy project, from preliminary discussions to a clear strategic recommendation

Analyse the strategic positioning of a company using theories, models and conceptual frameworks with factual and scientific background

Give precise strategy recommendations for a practical and durable implementation of the project
-
Combine rigorous and critical thinking with new perspectives and innovation
-
Work in team
-
Receive and give peer feedbacks inside and outside the team

Reflect on their learnings
Teaching methods and learning activities
The course will consist of:
-
2 days crash courses and match students to the project
-
Group project
-
Every 3 weeks – progress meeting with all groups
-
1 private meeting with the Professor and the client
-
1 final presentation and report - with a 10 days guarantee

There will be 3 particularly important criteria:

Mark calculation method (including weighting of intermediary marks)
Final grade is based on:

Help provided during progress meeting: 25%

Client’s grade: 35%
