Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
The course aims to introduce students to bioinformatics so that they can understand the basic concepts of the field as well as the different methods discussed in scientific publications. In parallel, the practical sessions will allow students to concretely consider bioinformatics analyses related to sequence searches and annotations, differential expression from transcriptomic data or visualization of genomic data on a GenomeBrowser.
