Course content
Theoretical approaches and case studies in the fields of the media, the image and the performing arts
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
1. Theoretical goal: acquisition of theoretical concepts which enable to understand the process of meaning
2. Methodological goal: acquisition of semiotic methodologies, applied to the media, images and performing arts
3. Practical goal: practical application of the concepts and methdologies to new study cases (not studied during the course)

Ex-cathedra and interactive (with Powerpoint support and audiovisual study cases)
