Course content
The theoretical course is based on the book "Arrêtez de communiquer, vous en faites trop!" which describes step by step how to examine, diagnose, prescribe, and program human and technical networks of communication. This model is then applied to the case study of a ciment factory.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
This courses aims to familiarize students with human and technical networks of communication that produced and reproduced by the organization and that constrain and enable the organization. Students will have to identify, to evaluate, to enhance, and to program these networks in function of organizational needs.
Teaching methods and learning activities
Teaching Method: lectures and workshops.Students have to work in virtual teams with colleagues from the Université de Montréal.
