An introductory study of real rights, ownership, co-ownership and rights of use
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
A thorough understanding of the fundamentals of Book 3 of the Civil Code (2019), closely linked to case law, particularly the landmark judgements of the Court of Cassation in this area.
