Course content

Students will be asked to write different types of texts, including descriptive texts, letters on personal or more general topics, short narratives, and summaries of short literary texts or newspaper articles.

Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)

The aim of this course is to develop writing skills in Italian. By the end of this course unit, students will be able to write short texts, both creative and non-fictional. By the end of the term, students are expected to have attained level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in writing.
