Tuition Fees
Modification of tuition fees for the 2026 academic year
Discussions are currently ongoing at the level of the competent authorities regarding a possible modification of tuition fees in higher education from the 2026–2027 academic year onwards.
The final amounts have not yet been determined. At this stage, the scenarios under consideration provide for an adjustment of the fees, with tuition fees that could reach up to a maximum of 1194 euros per academic year.
For non-European students who are not assimilated, these amounts must be increased by the applicable additional tuition fees.

At this stage, the scenarios under consideration provide for an adjustment of the fees, with tuition fees that could reach up to a maximum of 1194 euros per academic year. For non-European students who are not assimilated, these amounts must be increased by the applicable additional tuition fees.From 2026–2027 onwards, tuition fees could be as follows:
- You are a national of a country outside the European Union and are exempt from the additional contribution listed in annexes 1, 2 and 3 of the ARES circular: 1194 €
- You are a national of a country outside the European Union and are not included in the list of exempt countries in the ARES circular: 1194 € + 4175 € in additional tuition fees
Exception: students enrolled in 2024–2025 in a Bachelor programme who remain enrolled in the same programme in 2025–2026 remain subject to the previous system, up to and including 2026–2027.
From 2026–2027 onwards, students enrolled in a Master programme will be subject to the new fees. -

You must pay at least 50 € to validate your enrolment before 31 October. The balance must be paid before 1 February.

- By bank transfer: using the structured communication available on MonULB.
- At the registration desk: payment by bank card (online payment is recommended).
