Mobility (Waseda University, Japan)

 The Specialized Master in Interdisciplinary EU studies benefits from a memorandum of understanding with the Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies (GSAPS) at the University of Waseda (Tokyo, Japan), which includes an annual student exchange program.

This will allow two students of the IEE’s Specialized Master to choose the Mobility option and spend the Spring term (early April to late August) at Waseda University Tokyo.

Students interested by the mobility to Waseda are required to notify their interest to the coordinator before October, 15^th. To this end, they should submit to Chloé Brière a motivation letter and a two-pages essay (on a topic of their choice) as well as previous academic records.

Students will be notified about the results of the internal selection by October 26^th. Waseda University should receive the names of potential candidates before November 1^st.

Selected students will be invited to submit their application to Waseda University. Please note that the online application will be closed on 15 November at 23:59 (Japan time).

In the process, selected students will be required to upload all the below mentioned documents:

1. 1. Two essays
2. 2. Application Evaluation Form
3. 3. Statement of Source of Funds
4. 4. Current and previous academic transcripts
5. 5. A photocopy of language proficiency test scorecard taken within 2 years
6. 6. Application for Certificate of Eligibility
7. 7. Data of ID photo
8. 8. A photocopy of passport
