Please read and follow ALL STEPS in the procedure before uploading your documents to the application portal
Registration Procedure - Auditing
1st step: The Form
Print the form, fill it in, obtain the necessary approvals, sign and date it. If you are enrolling simultaneously in several faculties, one form must be used per faculty.
2nd step: Mandatory approval by the faculty office
The form must then be approved by the office of the faculty offering the programs you have selected. The office will affix its seal in the designated space before returning the form to you.
3rd step: Finalizing enrollment + paying the enrollment fee
If you do not yet have a MonULB account, please first create your account. Once the account is created, please click on the link under the section “Special Enrollment - Individual Courses - Auditing” and complete the application form. Your application will be reviewed, and you will receive a registration email upon completion of the review. Payment (€85 per faculty) must be made no later than October 31 or on the day of your registration if that date is later.
Note: To access the courses of your choice on the UV platform, you must, after paying the fees, add them yourself or, if self-enrollment is disabled, submit a request for access directly to the faculty office and the relevant professors.
Please note: Enrolling as an auditing student entitles you to a certificate of enrollment, but under no circumstances does it grant you the benefits associated with student status (= no student visa, no official documents for social security or tax purposes, no public transportation discounts, etc.).
