Les bourses MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (anciennement Individual Fellowships) encouragent les jeunes chercheurs européens à rester en Europe et attirent des chercheurs du monde entier. Elles sont décernées à des chercheurs ayant un doctorat, en vue de compléter leurs compétences et leurs connaissances ou en acquérir de nouvelles. Les chercheurs peuvent ainsi étoffer leur formation dans un autre pays européen, ou se former pendant deux ans en dehors de l'Europe et revenir un an, ou, pour les chercheurs extra-européens, être invités en Europe pour qu'ils puissent partager leurs connaissances.

Echange de personnel 

Les échanges de personnel MSCA (anciennement RISE) favorisent la collaboration internationale, intersectorielle et interdisciplinaire dans le domaine de la recherche et de l'innovation par l'échange de personnel et le partage de connaissances et d'idées à tous les stades de la chaîne d'innovation. Le programme favorise une culture commune de la recherche et de l'innovation qui accueille et récompense la créativité et l'esprit d'entreprise et aide à transformer les idées en produits, services ou processus innovants.

Citoyens

L'objectif de l'action MSCA et Citoyens (anciennement NIGHT) est de rapprocher la recherche et les chercheurs du grand public, en mettant notamment l'accent sur les familles, les élèves et les étudiants. Pour ce faire, elle organise la Nuit européenne des chercheurs, un événement de communication et de promotion de la recherche qui se déroule dans les États membres de l'UE et les pays associés à Horizon Europe.
